3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and timely information for service execution
Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials or access we provide
Ensuring all materials provided to us (text, images, logos, etc.) are legally owned or licensed
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways including Razorpay, PayU, or Cashfree. Payment terms will be defined in your service contract or invoice. Blizmatt does not store any payment card details.
Full/partial advance payments may be required for project initiation
Late payments may attract penalties or service suspension
All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please review that page before making a purchase or subscription.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created by Blizmatt (including designs, code, written content, etc.) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of our work or content is prohibited.
Client-provided materials remain the intellectual property of the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
Blizmatt is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profit, or business opportunities
Service interruptions due to third-party platform outages or technical failures
Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Our website and services may contain links or integrations with third-party websites, APIs, or tools (like Facebook, Google Analytics, etc.). Blizmatt is not responsible for any content or privacy practices of these third-party platforms.
