At Blizmatt, we offer access to GPL-licensed digital products such as WordPress and Shopify themes and plugins. As our products are digital and downloadable, they are considered non-tangible and irrevocable goods

1. No Automatic Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer automatic refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. This policy prevents misuse of our system and protects our GPL business model.

2. Exception-Based Refunds

Refunds may be issued in rare, exceptional cases. If you believe your case qualifies, please email us at admin@blizmatt.com with a detailed explanation of the issue.

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The file is completely corrupted or non-functional and the issue cannot be resolved.

  • A product was never downloaded or accessed after purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • You claim to not have understood the product description.

  • You have downloaded the product and are now requesting a refund.

  • Compatibility issues with your hosting/server environment.
