At Blizmatt, we aim to provide the highest level of satisfaction through our digital marketing, development, and consulting services. However, we understand that sometimes, situations arise where refunds or cancellations may be requested. This policy outlines our rules for refunds, cancellations, and service revisions.

1. Services Offered

This policy applies to the following services:

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

  • Website Development Projects

  • SEO and Content Marketing Services

  • Graphic Designing Services

  • Subscriptions or Packages services

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

  • If the service was not delivered as promised and no work has been initiated, a partial or full refund may be issued.

  • If a technical error on our side results in failed or duplicated transactions.

  • If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and no work has begun.

  • If Blizmatt, due to unforeseen circumstances, is unable to deliver the service.

Refunds are not applicable under the following:

  • If the client delays the project due to unresponsiveness or incomplete input

  • For completed or partially completed digital services

  • If dissatisfaction is subjective and work has been delivered as agreed

  • On subscription renewals unless canceled prior to renewal

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients can request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided no active work has been started.

  • Once a project milestone is initiated or delivered, the respective portion of the service is non-refundable.

  • Ongoing service agreements can be canceled by giving a 3-day written notice, unless otherwise agreed in a contract.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us with the following details:

  • Email Address

  • Service Purchased

  • Payment ID/Transaction Reference

  • Reason for Request

Send your request to info@blizmatt.com. We typically respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Payment Gateway Charges

Please note that payment gateway convenience fees or processing charges are non-refundable, even in cases where the core service is eligible for a refund.

6. Changes to This Policy

Blizmatt reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
